From sharpening our wedge in immersive training to celebrating our summer interns and gearing up for LA Tech Week, BLCK UNICRN is building momentum toward becoming the global standard for immersive experiences.

🚀 Traction & Focus
This summer, BLCK UNICRN made a critical pivot: focusing on manufacturing training as our wedge in the $370B+ global industrial training market.
The problem is clear:
Aging workforce - veteran employees who hold 80% of know-how are retiring.
Outdated training - PowerPoints and one-on-one shadowing don’t scale for the next generation of workers.
High cost of mistakes - over $171B lost annually to workplace injuries and errors.
Immersive, AI-powered training is no longer a “nice to have” - it’s an urgent need. We’re building the platform to deliver faster onboarding, safer factories, and higher productivity.
This summer we validated that focus through experiments, A/B tests, and GTM data analysis, narrowing our ICP to high-signal categories in manufacturing, logistics, and healthcare. This fall, we’ll double down: running more enterprise pilots, tightening ICP fit, and refining our GTM motion.
